打打羽毛球，让心灵一起飞扬

丰富同事们的文化生活，活跃康思伟气氛，带动同事们锻炼身体的积极性，
同时促进同事们对羽毛球技术的了解，我们公司包场了一个羽毛球场地。

羽毛球是一项很消耗体力并且需要头脑的运动，
康思伟同事从以下几个方面进行描写：首先是动作，包括挥拍，跑动，接球，扣杀，网前掉小球等等。
其次是面部特写，包括眼神的犀利，嘴角自信的微笑，额头的汗水，表情的变化等等。

通过打羽毛球好处多多：

1．预防、治疗近视

2．可健脑益智，开发智力，提高反应能力。

3．可以提高手脚的协调性，使呼吸系统、运动系统得到锻炼

4．放松、减压
