[ 成分 ]

门冬氨酸、鸟氨酸。

[ 适应性 ]

适应症为因急、慢性肝病(如各型肝炎、肝硬化，脂肪肝、肝炎后综合症)引发的血氨升高及治疗肝性脑病，如伴发或继发于肝脏解毒功能受损(如肝硬化)的潜在性或发作期肝性脑病，尤其适用于治疗肝昏迷早期或肝昏迷期的意识模糊状态。

[ 用法用量 ]

适应症	用量	用法
急性肝炎	1~2支/天	注射用溶液稀释，静脉滴注；每500ml溶解量不超过6支；输液最大速度不超过每小时5g（相当于本品1支)
慢性肝炎	2~4支/天
肝硬化	2~4支/天
肝昏迷早期	24h内，不超过8支
肝昏迷	24h内，不超过8支
其他情况	一般不超过4支，或遵医嘱

[ 不良反应 ]

偶尔会有恶心，少数病例出现呕吐。总的来说，上述症状都是一过性的，不需要停止治疗。减少药物使用剂量或减慢输液速度，这些不良反应就可以消失。

[ 禁忌 ]

严重肾功能不全的患者（诊断标准是血清中肌酐水平超过3mg/100ml）禁用。

[ 药代动力学 ]

门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的清除速率快，半衰期为0.3—0.4小时。部分门冬氨酸盐以原形的形式从尿中样出。

[ 贮藏 ]

25℃以下保存，远离儿童。
